I was connected to Locktite thorugh verizon to install a home security system. They provided poor customer service. Made an appointment to come to my home I sat all day on a Saturday no call, no representative came. Later found out they did not have the equipement I wanted. Left me with no response for two weeks. Did an installation then gave me a contract that sai I had 3 days to decide if it was suitable. Told the installer and wrote in contract that I would not be at the home until after the 3 day period was over. They took $525 of my money. Di not do a satisfactory installation. Mr. Hayes called and left messages that I have save on my voicemail saying he is from the legal department of ADT and he does not work for ADT. I sending the voicemails to the local press. When I go ADT on the line he lied ans said he left no such messages. These people are dishonest crooks. DO not use their business.
