Dr Hays is great - told me what would be happening during the surgery Anesthesiologist explained type of anesthesia would be used Staff friendly and informative - especially liked being told what was being done pre-op. Everyone had Great Bedside Manner

Came in for an evaluation with dr. Hays. I am extremely pleased with how timley they were able to get me in. Dr. Hays is very informative and through. His staff is wonderful also.

The procedure exceeded my expectations. I appreciate it Corliss covering me with a warmed blanket when I said I felt cool. The anesthesiologist, Dr. McCain (.),was comforting and reassuring. Dr. Hayes was superb at operating the laser machine and manually inserting my lens. I appreciated him saying I would be a good match for the PanOptix lenses. It has been 2 1/2 days since my surgery and I can already see clearly out of my post operative eye. I look forward to getting my other eye operated on in two weeks and anticipate the outcome will be as good as the last surgery.

Cannot get over how clear the vision in the operated eye is and colors are so much more vivid. Only one complaint. The nurse who inserted the IV and did the glucose test was very rough.

Dr is excellent, He was up to His ass in alligators the 13th and really backed up but we all survived.
