I waited 2 months for an appointment with Dr. Hum after I read the outstanding reviews that have been posted. Dr. Hum herself is very professional. Unfortunately I think her workload by her choice or the practice she is in choosing it for her causes her not to be able to give that one on one care you would expect. I had surgery performed by her. No one called to check on me. Even after I did not schedule my post op appointment that was suppose to be 3 weeks later, still no one called. I did not make the appointment because they wanted me to schedule it with the PA instead of the doctor.I went to an urgent care center before for something as simple as strep throat and they called 4 hours later to see how I was feeling. On top of this the office manager starting calling me the week before my surgery demanding I pay them my co-pay before my surgery which I refused. Overall very disappointed in care I received when facing a very serious health issue and never having had surgery before!
