  Bringing 30+ years of trial and transactional law experience and a decade of independent board service, Ken has worked as a full-time mediator and arbitrator for twelve years. While serving on the Henning panel, he has mediated over 1,000 cases in 12 states, resulting in over $300,000,000 in funded settlements. After the 2008 financial crisis, Ken mediated more disputes involving directors/officers of failed financial institutions than any other US mediator. Ken organized the ADR Section of the Georgia Bar and was included on the first listing of Georgia neutrals published by the Office of Dispute Resolution. He is currently registered in general civil litigation and domestic relations. He has been appointed Special Master in both State and Federal Courts and has arbitrated local and international business disputes under Henning, AAA and ICC rules.

  Michael Rust has practiced law for 40 years and is a founding partner in the law firm of Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett & Brieske, LP where he is actively engaged in litigation in Georgia state and federal courts.
