Glass & Robson, LLC was founded in 2013 by two lawyers who shared a vision of forming an elite personal injury trial practice firm that operates with a unique objective designed to obtain extraordinary results for our clients. One aspect of the unique part of this firm is that the two lawyers that founded the firm have known each other since their first day of law school and grown and developed as exceptional attorneys inside and outside the courtroom. The term itself, “personal injury,” typically draws a variety of responses from people based on their background and life events. Both Robert and James can tell you that when they met in law school, there was little chance either foresaw the two of them as law partners one-day representing people whose lives had been torn apart by an awful event and are looking for help from the entity or event that wronged them. When Robert and James formed their firm, one aspect the type of practice they envisioned was a small firm, select in the cases they undertook, and almost the exact opposite of what ordinary citizens see on billboards and personal injury attorney television advertisements. We are not a “one call” firm. We do not take cases where our clients send us their police report, talk to a paralegal once or twice a month, and then get a call when a settlement offer comes in from the insurance company. We do not have a cadre of legal assistants that prepare our pleadings and discovery responses. We are talented, ethical, aggressive trial lawyers that help people put their lives back together when they are seriously injured or have suffered the loss of a family member as a result of another person or company’s decision to cut corners and injure people. And we do this by establishing a special rapport with our clients, earning their respect and confidence through frequent phone calls, e-mails, and sometimes even text messages, to make sure they know where their case is headed. Glass & Robson keeps a small caseload to ensure that each case is given the attention, resources, strategy, and drive to deliver the best possible result we can earn for the client.
