I learned more from her than from anyone thruout the whole process of buying to understand the inspection process. Amazing info that my Realtor didn't offer or know of. And, Scott, the inspector, found so many hidden defects that even I as an experienced re modeler did not see. Big problems w/foundation caving in under garage too! He is THE MAN.
