General Building Maintenance was established in 1983 to provide janitorial and handyman services. The company services more than 60 million square feet of facility and office space throughout the United States. In addition to daily janitorial services, GBM provides a variety of services that include carpet cleaning, maintenance and restoration; marble and granite cleaning services; emergency water extractions; clean room services; vinyl composition tile floors, terrazzo and other floor services; wood floor services; pressure washing; window cleaning; cube configuration and moves; and handyman services. General Building Maintenance has locations throughout the United States, including Orville, Ohio.
