I love working out with my trainer and have never needed to call the corp office. Why do all the complaints have to do with corp office? Who cares about them, they are not ones doing the training. Get it together people

my complaint in NOT with the personal trainers rather it is with the customer service!! Or lack of I should say!! Horrible customer service, they care about their money and that is it!! I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Just a warning from a very unsatisfied customer!

Corporate one star. Trainers 3 stars. This corporate business only cares about money not about the customer. The contract provides for NO REFUNDS. It does not matter if there are doctor documented medical conditions that occur, beyond a persons control, that precludes the use of the services. According to Customer Support, there are no refunds. (period) Read your contract completely do not believe the sales people. Do not do business with this company if at all possible.
