      Business History
      Castor Sprattlin Law Group, LLC (formerly known as Sprattlin Castor, LLC) was founded by Nancy Castor Sprattlin in 2011 after more than 10 years as a defense litigator at prominent firms such as Greenberg Traurig LLP, Epstein Becker & Greene LLP, and Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker. For more than 15 years, Nancy has served the needs of employers and their businesses and litigated employment cases in New York and Georgia. Nancy has represented a diverse group of clients including Fortune 500 companies before federal and state administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
