It was hideous. The material was a brown print and the spread had pleats at the bottom for a form-fit. The first thing visable on entering the bedroom was white lining that came right to the edges of the top brown material. At the top of the spread, there was something they called a "pillow flap". Instead of the spread continuing to make a rectangular end, it narrowed at the top to the exact size of the bed with no overhang, so that it could in no way cover a pillow. The owner was difficult to meet with, and when he finally spoke to us (after keeping us waiting in the front of the shop for about an hour), he refused to refund the cost of the material (about $260). We had several chairs covered there a few years ago, and they were done correctly, but they don't do all the work on the premises now, and whoever did this spread had no clue how to make it and they did not stand behind their work. We won't shop there again, and we live only a few blocks from the shop.
