In my opinion, absolutely the most horrible florist!! Don't use them for weddings, they don't keep good records! The owner put the correct wedding date on our paperwork order but then put the wrong date on her calendar and used that as an excuse for the flowers not being delivered on the right day or time. Oh and then made some crack to us about why we needed the flowers before the ceremony! Are you kidding me, everyone takes pictures before the actual wedding ceremony and they usually are holding or wearing the flowers! This was just inexcusable! And never once did she apologize for the inconvenience, just said oops I put it on my calendar wrong. The mother of the bride had to call the next week to voice how upsetting this all was. If you ask me, that should have been the owners first phone call!!! Again, horrible people! Don't waste your time.

Great service gorgeous arrangements! My husband surprised me at work with an arrangement. The delivery driver was so nice and the flowers were fresh and beautiful We will definitely use Sherry again.

When the flowers arrived we could not believe what we had received for the wedding-the flowers looked like our pictures we emailed to them had come to life right there in the box! We were over the moon with what they had created for us! We couldn’t wait for the bride to see her SPECTUALAR and intricate bridal bouquet of the most REGAL and VIBRANT looking stargazer lilies we had ever seen in any floral arrangements!

When Mrs. Sherry Moon had suggested that we go with the Picasso Calla Lily when we couldn’t think of a flower for the boutonnieres and the mothers’ corsages to match the bride and groom’s wedding theme colors; we did not hesitate to seek out her expert opinion. We gave her full control over our entire order and any floral decisions that she and her well knowledgeable staffs wanted or needed to make all in order of making the best wedding floral creations on behalf of our clients’ wedding!

We would like to claify the comment above with the truth. A girl posing to be her best friend said she would take the flowers to her roomate. Since it was late in the day and we wanted her to have her flowers, we let the girl sign for it. Honest mistake. Sounded legit to us. But since the customers were so rude to us we ended up crediting the customers account and offered to relace them. We ALWAYS take care of our customers even when they are RUDE to us. That is why we have been in business 63 years :)

Buckhead Wright's Florist has been known for being friendly and curteous to all customers. The owner is a member of AIFD which is the highest honor you can get in floral arranging!!! :)
