I had a geeksqaud member tell me to bring my 50" TV in store to exchange because I had a protection plan and it would be exchanged for free. I ask are you sure a technician doesnt come to my home? She says no and tells me the only way is to bring in the TV. I go back home to haul the thing all the way there to be told by another more competant geeksquad member that i need to schedule a techinician to come out to my home. Very frustrating to say the least.

The staff is helpful, the selection is good, and it's awesome that they offer an electronics/appliance recycling program.

No one to attend, takes forever, and in one trip I met couple of rude attendants. May be they are overloaded, but one of them was just standing near the door and behaved very rudely when I wanted to check if they had more of the item I selected (I needed 4 of that).

good service and helpful staff who cares about their customers. well organize , easy to find what you are looking for , and no preasure from staff members. good job , keep it up.
