I went to Bernie to fix a simple leak in my AC hose. It was a simple procedure, running about $280. Another shop had diagnosed the vehicle with the same problem. I gave Bernie 4 attempts to fix my vehicle, and each time it got progressively worse. I was then forced to go back to the shop where I got the original estimate, and they were shocked to see that my entire AC system had been shot as a result of Bernie's negligence. It cost me over $1500 for them to rebuild the entire system. Worse yet, when I confronted Bernie with the situation, he hung up on me! He is a sorry excuse for a professional, and I would rather die than bring my car to him again.
