Doing business with this group of lawyers was by far the worst legal experience I had to deal with. They required full payment up front and promised that I would feel like I was part of a family who would be available anytime I needed them; it turned out to be the total opposite. First, they kept changing the lawyer who was going to represent me in court. Then, a lawyer by the name of Cassandra would call me telling me what the opposing party's lawyer wanted, but offered no suggestions as to what my move should be. Throughout the whole case, I had to consult my brother who was attending college for legal advice, which I then passed on to Cassandra. The day of the court hearing, Cassandra didn't show up. the judge, opposing party and I waited over five hours for two other lawyers with no experience in my case to arrive. During that waiting time, I called the office to find out why my lawyer wasn't in court. The secretary kept giving me different excuses each time I called. When the two lawyers finally arrived, they were clueless as to how to defend me. Alexa and Haug are their names. They were so unfamiliar with the case that even the opposing party's lawyer asked the judge to end the trial due to the fact that my two layers were so unprepared and unfamiliar with my case. there was a time during the case that Mr. Haug told me to give in to the other party's demands. I was in shock and ended up having to basically represent myself. To this day, I have not received either an explanation or apology from any of the lawyers involved. My suggestion to anyone looking for a lawyer is to stick to one lawyer and not a firm with a group of lawyers. Another suggestion is to not do business with these people.
