They will tell you all that is required to be approved is proof of income. There is no mention of checking credit or rental history until they have seen your proof of income and taken $100 for the application. All the while claiming you have been approved to rent an apartment at AMLI. I encourage everyone to please read the fine print of that 1st application before you pay the $100 or an additional $100 admin fee and a $50 processing fee, only to get denied because of a flaw on your credit or rental history. The loss is $250 and if their rental associates had been candid about what was required to be approved from the beginning, I would have never paid them the 1st $100, let alone $250.
