American Southern has several wholly owned subsidiaries that include American Safety Insurance Company, Automated Systems of Georgia, Automobile Safety Management and Premier Adjusting & Claims Services. American Southern Insurance Companies was founded in March 1937 and maintains offices in Atlanta.
