Same story as most I'm sure, paid the $5 to park in the lot, no receipt was issued, returned to find the car booted, now paying the $75 fee along with ticket. I guess it's better than being held up at gunpoint.

I parked my car in the lot on Baker Street in Atlanta, paid the $10 fee by sticking my 2 5's in the slot and went to my hotel. The next morning just after 0600, I went back to my car to find it booted. To say that I was peeved would be an understatement. It took over an hour and a half for the booter to return to my car, despite MULTIPLE phone calls to everyone listed on the sign. And then he would not accept my credit card without also seeing my driver's license. My photo and signature is in the image on the front of my card. I did not think I needed to provide a total stranger with no ID of his own everything he would need to steal my identity. I paid the $75.00 to get the boots off and have completed the resolution form. Fat chance I will be seeing a check. What a racket!!!!!!

I forgot to pay my fee for parking at a lot in Little Five Points. The ABS staff member was so polite and got my payment taken care of and boot off immediately! Although it did suck having to pay a $50.00 fee, the employee was professional, courteous, and efficient.

Well they obviously do not make enough money teaching people to drive, Most of the money they make is robbing people with boot scams. They invite you in to a lot that is honor pay, beg for money as if they are homeless. If you don't give them money they boot your car and charge you $50.00 even if you pay the box.
