Hello - This is the (2 y-o) car that had a crack on the windshield... James called me back after the tech (Paco) returned; and he fix most of the problems: the rattling on the dash board, fumes from the glue - got the car washed, (minus the scratches on my panoramic roof top). James has great customer services skills and is always available; answering the phone and visiting you; whenever necessary. Thanks, James.

I had a crack on my (2 y-o car) windshield due to a mild incident, which grew bigger after a freezing night. James answered to the call and arranged quickly to have the windshild replaced. The techs came to my office and had the work done minutes later; put a tape between the top of the windshield and the panoramic roof and told me not to remove for a day. When I removed the tape the next day, I could see the glue/seal between the two glass panes - it did not look professional and the glue made bumps on the glass.. I called James back, who responded to my call and said he would come to my residence and look at the work done. He did. He said it could have been a manufacturing defect and he would schedule a replacement - I wish this one tech hadn't. Paco (I think that's how you spell it) showed up and did the work; however, now the panoramic roof edge is scretched. They are supposed to swap the damaged part - not cause more damages!!! And it is not like he was unsupervised, either. Maybe James is a professional at it - however, his techs need a lot of training. Stay away from Accuracy Glass.

i.Cheap prices= horiable service with the company....took them two days to attempt to replace my car passenger door glass? I purchased a windshield last year and call this year to have some chips filled in. I've been waiting since this morning to have the technican call me so he can look at the windshield and he has not called. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Please, take your business elsewhere.
