I have been using Ruby for over 15 years. She expertly handles all of my personal and business (domestic and international) endeavors with the skill of having my own Chief Financial Officer. This was the worst service I have ever received. I sent my information away in April, and it's now November and she still hasn't finished it. She wouldn't send my information back so I could go somewhere that would do their job, insisting it would be done by the end of the week. She is rude, and clearing incompetent.
