When we arrived it was 7:00 and the place was full; the waitress that greeted us assured us we could be seated in 30 minutes We decided to leave & come back, we called to see if they were ready for us and were told another 30 minutes when we arrived a large table was occupied by 3 people and they assumed they were with our group? An older lady (waitress) kept interrupting the waitress helping us and telling her they could not seat us, they could not serve us the argument continued in front of us for some time. Finally they insisted we go upstairs a very steep carpeted staircase but would not allow us to eat up there because it was too hard to climb the stairs to serve us??? After arguing with the older waitress and letting her know I would not be willing to climb those stairs and I wanted to wait outside we finally get seated and the food was good, not great but good. Customer service definitely needs addressed

My stake was over cooked, no veggies if you get soup. You have to buy soda by the can with no refills. The cook was sweaty and gross. He seemed mad when the server couldn't get the food out of the window fast enough and she was trying to check people out and wash dishes. It was very clean but the bathrooms had a horrible chemical smell to them. The Ice-T tasted like coffee and the food was a little expensive for most of it already being frozen. I went with 4 other people and none of us will go back. The only thing that was great was the server.
