- Have your next Event surrounded by natural beauty on 160 acres of private woodlands and gardens located off I-75 between Knoxville & Chattanooga. Christmas parties, Charitable events, Corporate meetings and Wedding Receptions are all possible in our 5000 sq. ft. Event Center. Ball Room has twenty foot high ceilings with rustic chandeliers and wall sconces. Air conditioned and heated for year round functions. Thousands of flowers including annuals, perennials, shrubs, hydrangeas, roses & daylilies surround Wedding and Reception Venue. Brides Dressing Room with restroom, couches, dressing table & free drinks as well as Groom's dressing room. Seven restrooms on site. One acre parking area out of sight of Venue. Receptions for 225 guests with food prepared on site in our own commercial kitchen. We do Wedding Cakes directly from our Bakery starting at $2.00 per serving. For Weddings and Receptions our venue rental is $1495.00 for 5 hour ceremony and reception includes wedding chairs and setup. Additional time permitted for Rehearsal and decorating. Receptions include all linens, guest tables and chairs & gift table. Call for current pricing on other Events such as Christmas parties and Corporate events. A full buffet meal with drinks and bread start at only $12.95 per person children and active military discounts. Garden visitation during bloom season. Plant sales on site.
