The staff, I will say, is very nice. The doctor, however, is a different story. Due to my new insurance, this was one of the only doctors that was "covered". I have had contacts for 15 years and as of 3 to 4 years ago, my prescription hasn't changed at all. She was snarky and extremely rude and, at the start, would not listen to the existing prescription I had with me. When she prescribed me the incorrect contact for my left eye astigmatism and I let her know that it was popping out of my eye when I blinked, she told me that it must be that I, 'did everything backwards today by putting on all the makeup before coming to see the eye doctor." Contacts never hinder my ability to wear make up. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this doctor and will, instead, pay out of pocked for another so that I know I will receive the correct prescription and no attitude.

The wait for the glasses was not long, but there was no service offered when I picked them up. The glasses are not usable with the wrong nose pads. They sit far too high so that the bifocal is out of place and my nose becomes sore. In past purchases here and at other places, the glasses were always fitted before leaving the store.

Expensive new glasses I ordered are now 3 days late in getting back to the store and I can barely see to type!
