Two different people referred us to Superior Air Management for a routine maintenence for our home's HVAC. It has been at least three years since our unit was serviced (we bought the house three years ago and the previous owner had it serviced as part of the sale agreement). James was our technician. He was efficient, friendly and answered questions that I had. I will definitely use them again and would refer them to family & friends. Thanks, Superior!

This company put in a new A/C unit in one of my properties. It took them a long time to complete the job and they had to come back and revisit the job within a week because the floor was flooding. I felt the unit was not installed correctly and now there is a large freon leak in the unit. The part is under warranty but not "other parts" and labor. The job will cost me $700 to repair. I told them to complete the repair and it has been a week and the repair has not been done. The unit is still leaking freon which is VERY costly. I will not use them again.
