If you want to be lied to, want excuse after excuse, or dislike communication and wish to be pushed aside in favor of "big clients", then by all means - hire Rob.



For months, Rob lied to us about the status of a data recovery job - everything from "It takes a long time" to "The drive is turning now" and "I only know what they tell me". Finally, we contacted the third party data recovery and found out that the job wasn't even paid for for over a month, and that only after we began making demands a few days before, did Rob even pay for the job.



In the end, the data recovery took less than a day, and the drive was shipped to us.



Rob is a liar and (keeping our money for over a month without paying the third party) a thief. If you choose to work with this dishonest franchise owner - you do so at your own risk.

I cannot recommend the services of this company highly enough. Called Rob Christopher on Saturday about a virus on my wife's business computer, hoping he could get us in line early on Monday morning for a troubleshoot. Rob called Josh, and he put off his Saturday afternoon plans to come service our computer. He came on Saturday afternoon, found and fixed the problem, and also checked our other computers while he was there. NO ONE has EVER given me service like this in the 20 years I have been practicing law. I am now a priority customer and will use this company for all of my needs. Kudos to Rob, Josh and Fast-teks!
