great customer service-was very helpful in getting my wireless control for my truck going again will go back again when i need something else

I really don't understand why there are such bad reviews for Custom Sound. I've had them out fit several cars for me and every time I've come into the store, I've felt welcomed and was greeted promptly. That being said, i do think that they are a little understaffed and slightly over priced but thats what you pay for intown service and professional installation. In my opinion, they are the best car audio installer in town and i would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at custom sound. The techs there were very helpful, and their prices were better than the competition. While my selection was limited slightly, they were willing to order the parts I wanted for my stereo. The installation was fast & error free. I recommend custom sound to anyone. 5 stars.

I only gave it one star b/c I couldn't give it 0. The tech who was working today told me we could "take it outside." They've had my car for over two days now. I was trying to talk to the owner about my bad treatment and he got in his car and left. I was also told they couldn't get to my car b/c someone else came in and tipped $1000 so they had to get to his car first.

The store is unkempt. Half of their demo rooms are filled with boxes. There radio display area has exposed wires all over the place because they are only using half their display. They have an extremely limited selection of radios. Their whole shop smells like smoke and the bathroom is disgusting. Not to mention that the staff is unprofessional and unattentive to customers.
