maybe it was because my mom was a women of color or maybe it was because she was not as alert as some of the other patients there but this place just did not do it's job. Medication that was needed was not given, I even found her a few times soiled. when i would go the manager she would talk a good talk but the next time it was the same thing. i even went to the Administrator and she was just no help at all. she sat smugly behind her desk and told me of the great ratings they had and how she would follow up with the nursing staff and maybe she did but i decided to move my mom anyhow. I will not allow anyone to disrespect or abuse my mom. As her daughter my job is to ensure she gets the very best of care and for the money i am paying I expected much more.

WENT TO THE REHAB CENTER AFTER MONTHS OF SURGERY ON A FRACTURED ANKLE. GOT THE BEST CARE A PERSON COULD HAVE. STAFF KNEW THEIR JOBS, AND PREFORMED THEM VERY WELL. COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER RECOUP. AWESOME STAFF! AL CLARK
