I have currently lived in Athena Gardens for about 7 months. At the beginning, they were very friendly. The maintenance is never working. The 2 employees (yes 2) just sit around and have smoke breaks. Our air conditioning leaked for about a week before he fixed it. Our bathrooms are constantly breaking and the ceiling fan in my room has not worked. The guy has come about 4 times and each time, he claims its fixed but it never is. We have to repeatedly tell them to fix everything. The lady who works here treats us like we are 5. Yes, we are college kids but we have done nothing to be disrespected. We have had adults handle most of our business but when it comes to repair or anything face to face, they blow us off. I am very upset with the way I got treated while living here. The staff tends to exaggerate when you tell them anything. We have kept track of every complaint and anything that needed fixing.
