Octorara Elementary School provides education for students in grades three and four. Its curriculum includes math, science, social studies, language arts, music, and physical and special education. The school provides the English as a Second Language program to meet the linguistic, academic, cognitive and social needs of students. Octorara Elementary School maintains a library that offers a variety of educational materials and resources. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that sponsors various programs, including movie nights, spring fairs, field trips and fundraising events. Octorara Elementary School provides guidance counseling and health and nursing services. It is a part of the Octorara Area School District, which serves students in Lancaster and Chester counties in Pennsylvania.
