I have been active my whole life, from sports when I was younger torunning to weight lifting and everything in between, nothing Can compare to iLoveKickboxing! These classes are challenging, exciting and give you results!!

I love love love ilovekickboxing in Atco nj. All of the members and trainers are like a family that build and support one another in reaching their goals. I was so scared my first day, but I was welcomed with open arms. The inspiration of the trainers and members keep me motivated and focused on achieving my goals. I would recommend anyone who is ready to write their own health and fitness success story to check ilovekickboxing in Atco out, because I know they can get you there.

As a person with panic disorder and very out of shape. I didn't think I'd be able to do kickboxing. I am so glad I did! This is exactly what I needed! I encourage everyone who's thinking about trying this to go for it. Everyone from the instructors to your classmates are so super nice, helpful, and encouraging. U really do feel like a family. So go for it! I know you'll love it too!

This is my first time ever trying kickboxing! I came across it on groupon and I've always wanted to try it! So I purchased it, and even though I only had one class so far... I loved it right away! Great place, very kind staff, just a great overall experience. The place is awesome, and so close to me, the instructors are very nice/ so helpful and everyone is so welcoming right when I get there! I would definitely recommend it to anybody! I'm so excited to continue with my classes with my Ilovekickboxing family! And I cannot wait too see my results! :)

Never done kickboxing before, always wanted to try it, but never got around to it. The staff was very friendly and comforting on the phone. I got added to the Facebook group as soon as I signed up and was welcomed in to the family straight away! Cant wait to try this out and meet new friends have fun with my sister and get in shape!mmended because

High 5 to all the instructors at MacKenzie & Yates. My son has been part of the Young Dragon class for over a year now and loves every minute. He has learned so much about himself and his strength. He wants to be the next "American Kid Ninja Warrior" As a parent, I love at the end of every class the instructors tell the kids to "High 5" the person next to you and go give your parents a kiss and tell them you love them. Best of all his attention span and focusing ability has improved.

Through God's grace I finally got the opportunity to sign up, I My first class I ate too close to going and I tossed my cookies. Plus I was dehydrated. I was sad and embarrassed but I took the break I needed and jumped in. By the end of the first class I was happy I stayed. The second and third class became easier and I am actually interested in coming back for more each time. I like the direction they give, they push you to be better. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The fellow kick boxers are in the same boat, and it's such a non judgmental zone. I've never felt so comfortable so fast anywhere. I'm very thankful for my opportunity to try these classes and I am signing up. Time to continue to better my life. I am recommending this to everyone. If you're on the fence.. Try it. Believe me.. You'll be amazed and feel accomplished like me

Mackenzie & Yates has been an awesome experience for my 6 yo son. The instructors are all wonderful, full of energy - the place itself is very clean and pleasant to be at. My son has learned more than his martial arts skills, he has learned discipline, self control, respect and kindness. We could not be happier with our choice of Mackenzie & Yates!

Love the school nice facility. Great location. Instructors are amazing. My son had no friends, no self esteem, no structure. Now has lots of friends, plays three different sports and I owe it to master Yates. He is amazing

This is our daughters second school she has trained at and by far the best! Staff is awesome, very clean and organized. We would recommend to anyone starting out or looking for a new school.

The young dragons martial arts program is awesome!! The staff, the skills, the team. He's focused, strong and confident.

If your looking for a place to send your child or even your self to learn martial arts. This is the place!! Master Yates is amazing instructor along with his team of staff members. They really take their time with you. My son has a problem paying attention and gets overwhelmed when something doesn't go right. I really was skeptical about him learning patterns. I can't stress enough how much he has learned to focus and not get upset when he doesn't get something right. Your not just a person who walks in the door. Everyone treats you like family. The higher belts take care of the lower belts to keep on the track. They take them under their wing when they see another student not paying attention. If you have questions someone is always willing to answer. This is the place to be! :)
