Never done kickboxing before, always wanted to try it, but never got around to it. The staff was very friendly and comforting on the phone. I got added to the Facebook group as soon as I signed up and was welcomed in to the family straight away! Cant wait to try this out and meet new friends have fun with my sister and get in shape!mmended because

I love kick boxing is amazing! i have only been there a few weeks and i am already seeing results! the instructors are awesome and keep you moving!

The ILKB program is amazing ! Everyone is there to help you, not only the instructors but other members help push you as well. Everyone is incredibly nice and the classes are always so much fun !

MYMA is a great place to do kickboxing. They have ilovekickboxing classes there and it really offers an amazing workout!! They won't disappoint!

The instructors and atmosphere at MacKenzie and Yates is truly unbelievable. The classes are taught by only Grand Masters and Black Belts which although intimidating at first, makes for an amazingly awesome experience that you will become addicted to and come back for years to come
