no matter how good your rental history is these people do not talk to you or explain their rental policies
only the receptionist is the bosss here she dictates to all that come in the agency who gets to talk to the agents or who does not and if she thinks you are not rich enough good enough not a good Christian or goes to their church then she will trash your application

Kent Easom does not fulfill his fiduciary obligations. Buyers and renters beware. This man will not answer phone calls, questions, or emails. He needs a crash course on Communication 101. It's always a few days before he gets back to you about important matters--or else not at all. We were buyers and instead of working with us like a normal agent, he worked with the sellers. He isn't someone you want to represent you in any financial matter. Just look at the other reviews, they all say the same thing. Astoria is a small town and if you look at his reviews, they are all one stars for a reason. He's lazy---he likes money, but he refuses to work for it. I wouldn't be surprised if the real estate board takes his license away or fines him. If you need more evidence, call up the real estate board and check on prior complaints.
