For the past year, we have had our credit card processing handled by Merchant Industry services. Aside for some minor issues that were addressed and corrected immediately, the transition has been seamless and honestly, a pleasure. It is not every day that you get a company that goes so far as to call just to check up on you. Every time I had a question, it was answered. Every time a concern arose, it was addressed and corrective action was taken right away. This is a company that cares about its clients and does everything they can to make them happy. They were even able to work with the POS system that I already had in place! I now receive my deposits in a very timely manner, sometimes two or three days sooner than before. When I have a question or need assistance I have a caring agent here that I can call and who really goes above and beyond to show me how much he appreciates my business.
