      We are proud to provide high quality legal representation to our customers for the last 25 years. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, prosecuting Crimes and Domestic Violence cases and representing people charged in crimes in NYC for over 25 years, I have developed and perfected skills required to maneuver the difficult situations that occur when a person gets arrested. From the initial contact by the police, "we just want to talk to you, can you come in to the precinct to talk to us? do not worry", to " you are under arrest, tell it to the judge" to " Bail is set at... " to " ladies and gentlemen of the jury ...", I can guide you, give you options, and develop a strong strategy and plan to fight the charges. The most critical part of a criminal case is the first contact with the police. In my twenty five years as an Attorney, both as an Assistant District Attorney prosecuting Crimes and Domestic Violence Cases and as a Defense Attorney, I have seen innocent statements given to the police upon being arrested being used as "Admission Statements" by the prosecutors to prove the charges or part of the charges with little wiggle room after being made. I have seen a poorly prepared BAIL APPLICATION AT ARRAIGNMENT resulting in HIGH BAIL for the accused resulting in the person accused being incarcerated during the pendency of the case with the tragic consequences of forcing an innocent person into having to choose between pleading guilty to a crime that they did not commit and have a permanent conviction on their record for the rest of their lives thereby affecting their ability to get a job and support themselves and their families just to get out of JAIL or fighting to prove their innocence while in JAIL and loosing their freedom while they fight the charges. It is a NO WIN-NO WIN situation for an innocent person.
