A filthy, disorganized store. Mountains of cases everywhere-do they ever unpack? Tended by an unintelligible, slovenly gnome-like manager. Don't bother asking him for a recommendation or even when a special order will arrive. The tiniest question drives him into a frenzy. The manager seems happiest when tending to the garbage and he'll only refer you to his boss who is only available late at night. The boss is a slick, weaselly fellow whose price quotes are so outrageous one hopes that no one gullible enough to accept his conditions exists. Deliveries are also a problem and often arrive several hours after they are placed. Worst of all they gladly serve the population of alcoholic vagrants the cheap, rotgut liquor that contributes to the degradation and dangerousness of our community. Overall, a poor example of a "Fine Wine" store. They should just stick with the liquor.
