This is the single biggest frustration we have seen among the regular PC owner and small business owners needing computer help. Much of our diagnostic equipment is portable, and we will remove a PC to our workshop only when the problem requires more detailed diagnosis or repair. Our pick-up and drop-off service is always free. We pride ourselves with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, and will work hard to ensure that each and every one of our customers meet their level of expectations.
