Astatula Elementary School for the Arts, operated by the Lake County School District, offers enrollment to more than 800 students in grades prekindergarten through five. The school s curriculum includes classes in English, math, music, science, social studies, and health and physical education. Additionally, it offers classes in computer applications, reading, language arts and writing. The school also offers a tutorial program to students who need additional assistance with their school work. It also offers media, counseling, nursing and psychological services to its students. The school s extracurricular activities include sports, such as soccer, basketball, and track and field. The school has a library and offers a daily lunch menu at the cafeteria.
