Used to be a great place to live until about 8 years ago. Current owners simply will not spend $$ to make much needed repairs but expect the rent to be paid on time monthly! My apartment had many issues. Broken AC, mold, windows that would not close properly, broken ceiling fan, broken closet doors, low water pressure, bad floor tiles- etc! All of the walls were covered in very old faded dirty wall paper. Maintenance workers and managers do not stay long and are rude. High theft area as well. Several apartments and cars had been broken into. Forget about ordering items online and having them delivered to your door step-they will disappear. The parking lot was always a mess with hug pot holes and water main leaks. Do you really want to live here?
