Country Club Retirement Campus is a Continuing Care Residential Care facility offering all levels of care for seniors, including independent & assisted living apartments, assisted living suites (higher level of care), rehabilitation and therapy services, skilled nursing and long-term care. Physical, occupational, speech and language therapy, short-term respite care, adult day care, memory care and skilled home health care. Country Club Retirement Campus Ashtabula is a family owned Continuing Care Retirement Community delivering quality senior living services for over 36 years.
