My twins and I have gone to this library for many years. Not to tell my age (LOL!), but I went to the "Ashland Library" before it moved across the street to the new building. This library offers many events...my favorite is the tribute of Dr. Suess. One time when we were there, the Hanover County School Superintendent (Mr. Roberson) read a Suess story to the audience. I'm getting old, so I can't remember the name of the book (LOL!). This library celebrates "Train Day" and other events. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
