      Blue Toba is Southern Oregon's first and ONLY Traditional Indonesian Restaurant. Made with hundreds of years of tradition with spices owner and Chef B brings back from Indonesia. Now with a beautiful bar serving one of a kind Indonesian inspired cocktails and mocktails, beer, wine, and an array of beautiful drinks that pair perfectly with the food. Some of the reviews, photos, etc here are from our old location. Since then, we have expanded to a gorgeous downtown Ashland location where when you walk in, you are surrounding by the visual one of a kind sacred artistry of Indonesia to pair with the cultural culinary experience and alchemy inherent in Indonesian cooking.
