I had the same experience~! Maybe this is a scam they run... I also bought a gift certificate for a friend, and they refused to honor it when they went in. Told me it had already been redeemed. If that is true, then how did she still have the flippin gift certificate in her possession? I know my friend, and she is not a liar. My money was stolen...and my friend was humiliated when she went in. Thanks for nothing guys....‎

I took my daughter to The Blue Giraffe Day Spa Salon for her birthday. We don't live very close, & I'm disabled, but we wanted to spend some quality, fun time together. She lives right by the Blue Giraffe Day Spa Salon, but before we decided on going there, we checked out other spas in her area. We decided on The Blue Giraffe because their prices were right, and they were able to accommodate me being disabled. We both had facials, and manicures & pedicures. We had a terrific time. we enjoyed the time we spent together the best. The facials were great, but then they got us both in at the same time so we could have our manicures & pedicures together. That was the best. The women who did our nails were very nice, and we felt comfortable right away. After we were done, we both felt refreshed, and very pretty. People even commented on how well we our faces & nails looked. This was by far one of the best birthdays my daughter & I spent together, & we need to thank the Blue Giraffe.
