they are very poor when it comes to costumer service. the manager of the place is a crook and will take your money for a "deposit" before you get to see the place and then when you tell them you would like to look elsewhere she will tell you that you cant have it and then kick you out on the street and tell you to get a lawyer.

The map here is wrong. Providence Hills Apts. are located on the river side of Rt. 23. You would turn towards the river away from Hoods Creek Pike. This map shows a dead end road which is correct. It was the old Rt. 23 and the apartments are off that road on top of a hill overlooking the Ohio River.
