Do not use this company!! My big screen quit working, for the third time, and I knew it was the board that malfunctioned. I called them to ask what a board would cost for the model of big screen tv that I have, and they wanted $80.00 just to tell me what a replacement part would cost!!?? I knew the board was bad and they refused to quote me a price unless I paid them and $80 service call to come out and look at the tv!!! I said "are you kidding me, I know whats wrong with the tv, I dont need you to come and tell me what the problem is, this has happened before" and they absolutely would not tell me what it cost to replace the board without a service call of eighty dollars.... THIS IS NOT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.....so I said the heck with it and went out and bought a new big screen....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TV HERE!! THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY DIDN'T FIX MY TV!!
