I have never before had to wait in line for literally 10 minutes while employees walked by without offering assistance. Three employees looked directly at me before walking off to do other things, I finally had to call out for assistance and was advised that my prescription wouldn't be ready for another three hours, bringing the total time to fill the prescription to over nine hours. I will NEVER use CVS again.
