I dont know what bellecorde is talking about, I had to go "upstairs" to the "k-mart" section to get my pandora. I felt like I wasnt even welcomed with the rest of the jewelry customers. Can handicapped people even access pandora? I will find another place to go.

I came to this place because of an unsettling experience at one of their competitors involving a pandora purchase. As I entered I was greeted by a very friendly woman who asked me how she could help me. I told her why I was here and she told me that all the pandora jewelry was upstairs. We went upstairs and she immediately asked me what I was interested in. I told her of my bad experience with one of their competitors and she said that she was very sorry that that had happened to me and assured me that it wouldn't happen there. She showed me at least 25 different charms for my bracelet and showed me how it worked and how many different designs there were. She also showed me her own bracelet and told me the story behind it, like a scrapbook. She was so funny and comfortable with me! I made my purchase; which was only $30 + tax and as I left, I felt like I had just bought the most expensive diamond in the store. She and the rest of the staff were GREAT. I will only use them for all my jewelry needs from now on!
