not good at all. I don't want to be mean but I had a haircut with the owner. REALLY expensive and it looked so much worse when I left he didn't get anything that I said. I actually had to cut it myself after because I paid so much and trust me... it looked better! He had an elderly lady waiting for him with an old lady haircut after me... I wish that example would have been there before me. I guess that what I just said does sound mean! If it was a cheap cut I guess I would have expected the cheap cut.
