Absolutely the worst service ever. Whoever was delivering in Marshall, N.C. today, 4-19-2019, threw my package on top of my car. And yes, I saw him do this as I was walking out the door.
For the second time in 2 weeks UPS driver FAILED to deliver a package to my home where I have been receiving packages for 15 years with excellent service. There appears to be a BIG MANAGEMENT PROBLEM in that SUBSTITUTE DRIVERS are not provided with gate codes to gated communities. HOW SIMPLE CAN THAT BE??????? I am so disappointed because I know the gate code is visibly written on the delivery truck. Come on guys, you can suredly do better than that!!! Or maybe you can check with the USPS for advice.

Packages sent from Ohio last Friday, supposed to have been delivered Tuesday, are sitting in 1 of 4 trailers among thousands of packages at Sweeten Creek facility (or at least that's what I was told). I understand delays due to weather, however, there should be some sort of contingency plans for large delays in processing. I was told the staff that process the packages had left & it wouldn't be done until Monday. This was at 11:45am on a Friday. The 800 automated system stated my packages were being held for pickup as requested & could be picked up before closing today or tomorrow. Shouldn't there be overtime or temporary staff to respond to long delays in deliveries or to allow pick-ups to prevent further backlog??? I was also told there are no mechanisms to lodge a complaint. I work in a service industry and this is ridiculous for a company this large. No service recovery plans or procedures!!!

I have waited to sign for a package for four days and no package delivered. When I called to report this to UPS, I was told that UPS could not call me back when they found the lost package. I am outraged that I must stay at home for four straight days and they will not call me when they find the package. I will never do business with them again. Hope you see the poor service and will not either. Ronald B Byerly
WORST EVER!!!!!! I run a small business in Mars Hill. On two separate occasions UPS decided to come to the door and just mark it as no one is there. This makes no sense to me why not clear out your truck. Then when you call customer service they either don't call you back or they yell at you. I am done with them I have lost $200 worth of business because of this company and all they can do is lie. FED EX or USPS from now on!!!
