Sage Concepts LLC, based in Asheville, NC, is a unique company focused on responsible design, development, and construction of homes that are innovative in their design, green built, and reasonably priced. We have collaborated with other contractors and custom clients coordinating all or specific parts of the construction process, such as structuring transactions and consultation, land acquisition and planning, development, financing, architectural and interior design, construction management, and home sales. All of our houses are certified by NC Healthy Built Homes and we are extremely concerned with conscious development of the land. Sage Concepts LLC only disturbs what is necessary for construction, reforests upon completion, and respects our planet by minimizing waste, using sustainable products, and providing people with homes that consume less energy to operate. These key priorities decrease our overall footprint.
