Elevating or other equipment. We have custom bi-directional belt feeders which feed a large variety of pArts by the USE of TWO belts traveling in opposite directions. These feeders are capable of producing high production rates with gentle pArts handling with minimal noise levels. Product is loaded into a product storage BIN. Then pArts are conveyed on an inclined cleated conveyor. Transferring pArts onto a horizontal ORIENTOR conveyor traveling in the opposite direction. Parts are transferred along a tooling wall; MIS-ORIENTED pArts are guided OFF ORIENTOR tooling falling back into product storage area for re-circulation. Correctly oriented pArts pass through ORIENTOR tooling discharging OFF the END of ORIENTOR. OUR versatile belt feeders are sized and configured to suit your specific requirements.
