If you are an absentee land owner, Quality Air will not service your property. Do not call them if you live outside the city of Asheville. I was told that because I am not a "Club member" or that I could not be present at the time of service, even though I authorized the service call, they would not accept my business.This is the first time in 25 years I have EVER been denied service on a property I own
